Job Description

The Marketing Lead will oversee and lead all marketing plans, including, but not limited to, Long Range Financial Plans (LRFP) and Business Plans (BP), to achieve the operating company’s objectives within policies and guidelines, as well as the overall budget. He/she will deliver the agreed forecast budget and business plan and work with the Commercial Director and Finance to assume P&L responsibility for the business. He/she will inspire and lead the Product Managers (PMs) to deliver outcomes and maximize their potential.

GENERAL ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead marketing activities to ensure that short and long-term sales volumes and projects are achieved.
• Develop and implement short and long-range marketing plans.
• Oversee the development of marketing processes.
• Work closely with sales leaders to drive implementation of overall strategies and regularly track performance and KPIs.
• Identify market opportunities to drive volume growth.
• Work with Capability Building to strengthen Value Excellence/Launch Excellence (Vx/Lx) capabilities of the marketing team.
• Inspire and motivate the marketing team and demonstrate inclusive and Credo-based leadership.
• Coach and mentor the marketing team to achieve their goals and objectives, as well as their career goals.

Qualifications

• University or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• MBA or Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of pharmaceutical experience with a proven track record. Pharmaceutical marketing and sales experience is an advantage.
• In-depth knowledge of the Philippine healthcare environment and systems.
• Possess good communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills.
• Demonstrate strong leadership skills.
• Excellent track record in past positions.
