Job Description
Megaworld Corporation is seeking a qualified Estate Officer responsible for daily operations and maintenance of the estate. Key duties include planning activities, supervising security, and coordinating construction.
Qualifications: Degree in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering, or Architecture; 1-2 years in Facilities Management; strong communication and multitasking skills. Professional Engineer or Architect licenses preferred.
Full-time position, salary Php25,00.00 – Php27,00.00/month, based in Davao City.
