Job Description
We are seeking an experienced HR Coordinator to join the National University team in Cebu City. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology or a related field and 3 to 5 years of supervisory experience in Human Resources, preferably in a university setting.
Key responsibilities include extensive knowledge of HR services, excellent organizational skills, and maintaining confidentiality. Proficiency in MS Office and strong communication skills are essential.
This is a full-time position with an 8-hour shift schedule.
