Job Description
DENB KITCHEN EQUIPMENT SERVICES is seeking a dedicated HR Officer to support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems. Key responsibilities include providing counseling on policies, managing recruitment processes, and creating effective onboarding plans. The ideal candidate will also develop training programs, assist in performance management, and maintain employee records in compliance with legal requirements.
This full-time position offers a starting salary of Php18,00.00 per month, along with benefits such as paid training and a 13th month salary. A Bachelor’s degree and at least 1 year of HR experience are preferred, and proficiency in English is essential.
