Job Description

Position Overview:
You will provide excellent customer service to healthcare clients, patients, and providers.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate information on healthcare services and insurance.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently.
- Enter and update patient information accurately.
- Communicate updates in healthcare policies to customers.
