Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Test Specialist-Functional to join our team. As a Test Specialist-Functional, your primary responsibility will be to design and execute test cases for functional testing of software applications.
You will work closely with the development team to understand project requirements and design test plans accordingly. You will also be responsible for identifying and documenting defects, and collaborating with the team to ensure timely resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute test cases for functional testing of software applications.
- Collaborate with the development team to understand project requirements.
- Identify and document defects, and work with the team to ensure timely resolution.
- Conduct root cause analysis of defects and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Create and maintain test documentation, including test plans, test scripts, and test reports.
