Job Description
Join IPASS Processing as a Process Support Team Member. Your key responsibilities include initiating the exam application process, addressing inquiries through various channels, and coordinating application forms for clients. Additionally, you will monitor application progress and assist with exam registrations.
Requirements: A 4-year degree in Business or related fields, customer service experience, excellent communication skills, and typing speed of at least 40 words per minute. Must be willing to undergo a 15-day training at our Davao City location.
Salary: Php12,00.00 to Php14,00.00 monthly with benefits.
