Job Description
We are currently looking for a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing support and assistance with their inquiries and concerns.
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer calls, emails, and chats professionally and promptly
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction
- Provide accurate and detailed information about our products and services
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges
- Update customer information in the database
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
