Job Description

Qualifications:
- High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- At least 7 months of Call Center Experience in tech & sales preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM software is a plus.
