Job Description
Job Scope:
- Monitors gaming action and makes necessary adjustments to pit operations with creativity that does not hinder proficiency and customer needs.
- Ensures that members’ ratings are reviewed as to average bets and total win/loss. Responsible indirectly to those under his/her supervision for efficient and courteous service to all guests.
