Job Description
To establish and maintain the wholesale and retail of personal care products and health & beauty products as well as be a distributor of pharmaceutical products to various markets.
Responsibilities:
- Update Social Media platform.
- Manage the creation and delivery of marketing strategies.
- Achieve monthly sales quota targets.
- Look for salon key accounts and set appointments to introduce products.
- Develop and sustain long-lasting relationships with customers.
- Prepare, review, and finalize sales proposals.
- Utilize social media platforms to garner customer interest and create brand awareness.
- Prepare sales forecast reports and submit them to management.
- Write reports, sales literature, and marketing documents.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a relevant field.
- Experience as a Sales Marketing Manager.
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Thorough understanding of customer and video management platform.
- Strong communication and organization skills.
- Knowledge of data analysis and report writing.
