Job Description
Looking for a chill, non-toxic work environment? SiBS is hiring Customer Service Representatives at our Davao site. Candidates must have at least 6 months of call center experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently.
- Provide product and service information to customers.

- Collaborate with team members to improve service processes.
