Job Description
Ateneo de Davao University is seeking a qualified individual to fill the position of Secretary. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Coordinating reports for the Legal Education Board and PALS.
- Drafting memos and letters for faculty and students.
- Assisting the Dean with budget preparation.
- Managing petty cash funds and budget requests.
- Preparing the class schedule for the Law School & Pre-Bar Review.
- Assisting the Dean during meetings.
- Performing additional administrative tasks as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: 8-hour shift
Work Location: In-person
