Job Description
Join our team as an HR Staff and play a crucial role in our recruitment process at First Standard Finance Corporation. Candidates must have at least a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or Psychology and preferably one year of relevant experience.
Your responsibilities will include sourcing qualified applicants, administering psychological exams, conducting employee orientation, and maintaining employee files. You will also coordinate job fairs and assist in organizing company events. This is a full-time, permanent position with an 8-hour day shift.
