Job Description
Maintaining financial records, running reports, and recording a wide range of transactions. Providing administrative assistance to accountants as well as preparing statements that confirm the accuracy of database information.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Preferably with experience as an Accounts Receivable Clerk or Accounts Payable Clerk. Familiarity with bookkeeping and basic accounting procedures
- Have fast, accurate data entry
- Use word processing, spreadsheet, database, and email software
- Use accounting software such as QuickBooks, ACCPAC, and/or simply accounting
