Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Customer Service Supervisor to join our team as a Team Lead. The ideal candidate will have strong data-driven decision-making skills and exceptional communication abilities. Proven experience in enhancing customer satisfaction and optimizing team performance is essential.
- Supervisory experience in the BPO
- Willingness to work onsite and the night shift
- Experience with Salesforce
