Job Description
We are seeking an experienced HR Officer to join our team at IPASS Processing. The ideal candidate will assist in sourcing and recruitment, conduct background checks, and manage employee relations, engagement, and discipline.
Minimum Requirements:
– Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
– At least three years of HR experience, including one year as a generalist.
– Excellent English communication skills.
– Must work onsite in Malate, Manila on a compressed schedule.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php22,00.00 – Php25,00.00 per month
