Job Description
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management/Administration/Information Technology
- 1 to 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Secretary
- Extensive experience in supporting Upper Management / Executive personnel
- Thorough understanding of clerical and secretarial principles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Outstanding leadership and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Computer literate, with strong knowledge in PowerPoint presentation
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and business communication software
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist the CEO and Admin department on daily tasks including agendas, documentations, mail, emails, calls, client management, client relations, and other logistics-related tasks.
- Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and documents accurately and swiftly.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and/or conferences as assigned.
- Attend and prepare minutes of the meeting.
- Maintain schedules and manage a busy calendar.
- Arrange and confirm appointments.
- Organize internal and external events.
- Set up and maintain document management systems.
- Follow up and consolidate reports from different departments.
- Daily record keeping and filing of documents.
- Maintain databases as necessary.
- Communicate verbally and in writing to answer inquiries and provide information.
- Operate and manage office equipment and supplies.
- Ensure efficient and effective administrative information and assistance.
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Education: Bachelor’s degree required
Experience: 1 year of secretarial experience required
Ability to Commute: Parañaque City
Willingness to travel: 75%
