Job Description
Superstaff is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to provide technical assistance and product guidance to our commercial real estate investment clients through our software platforms, including Commercial Investor Pro (CIP) and Commercial Deal Finder (CDF).
Core Responsibilities: Manage support requests, guide clients through software navigation, handle escalated support, document solutions, and maintain customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications: Previous customer support experience, excellent communication skills, detail-oriented problem-solver, and proactive attitude.
Job Type: Full-time; Work-from-home with 1 month onsite training; Night shifts available.
