Job Description
Join S.E.A. Olympus Marketing, Inc. as a Sales Supervisor. In this role, you will oversee and coach Sales Executives to meet sales targets, initiate action plans to penetrate markets, and promote our products through client meetings. You will maintain a positive team atmosphere while ensuring adherence to company policies.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Business, or Marketing is required. You should have excellent supervisory skills, 2+ years of sales management experience, and proficiency in English communication.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent | Salary: Php 15,00 – Php 20,00/month
