Job Description
Are you fluent in Mandarin? Do you have excellent communication skills in both Mandarin and English? If yes, then we have an exciting job opportunity for you as a Mandarin Bilingual! As a Mandarin Bilingual, you will be responsible for providing language support and assistance to both Mandarin-speaking clients and internal teams. You will be involved in translating and interpreting various documents, facilitating communication between Mandarin-speaking clients and English-speaking staff, and helping to create culturally appropriate marketing materials.
Required qualifications:
- Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent translation and interpretation abilities
- Familiarity with Chinese culture and business etiquette
Responsibilities:
- Translate and interpret documents, meetings, and client interactions
- Assist in the creation of marketing materials targeting Mandarin-speaking clients
- Act as a liaison between Mandarin-speaking clients and English-speaking staff
- Provide language support and assistance to both clients and internal teams
