Job Description
JTC Group of Companies Philippines, Inc. is seeking a dynamic HR Manager to oversee the staffing process, from recruiting to onboarding. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations while developing training materials and performance management programs. Key responsibilities include creating a compensation strategy, resolving employee issues, and maintaining HR systems.
We offer a full-time, permanent position with a monthly salary of Php30,00.00 – Php35,00.00. Benefits include additional leave, health insurance, and opportunities for promotion.
This position requires English proficiency and will be office-based starting on 03/03/2025.
