Job Description
Core Max Services, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Residential Billing Officer to manage billing processes, ensure accuracy in financial records, and provide exceptional customer support.
Responsibilities:
- Assist on hold/recon clients during on hold days.
- Manage billing for residential accounts.
- Address inquiries through emails or calls.
- Apply rebates upon verification and send revised statements of account.
- Assist with billing concerns from administration and sales.
- Send billing adjustments and summary of payments as needed.
- Reconcile accounts and verify GCash payment reports.
- Record cash and check collections.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Schedule: Monday to Friday
