Job Description
Life and Health HMP, Inc. is currently seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative / Member Service Specialist based in Davao City.
Responsibilities include facilitating health benefits administration, maintaining databases, addressing patient inquiries, investigating treatment delays, and coordinating with hospitals regarding member coverage.
Applicants should hold any Bachelor’s Degree, preferably with customer service training. Experience in laboratory or hospital settings is a plus, but we welcome those without prior experience as training will be provided.
We offer a full-time, permanent position with a monthly salary of Php14,00.00 – Php18,00.00, plus health insurance and supplemental pay.
