Job Description
Basic Purpose/Job Summary:
- To provide support and perform administrative duties for company executive(s).
Responsibilities:
- To perform secretarial and administrative duties.
- To organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and attending to logistics of meetings.
- To maintain various records and documents for company executive(s).
- To draft, review contracts on behalf of company executive(s).
- To answer and respond to phone calls, communicate messages and information to the executive.
Qualification:
- Candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree in any business-related courses.
- Must have at least 1 year of relevant work experience; fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
- Must able to perform clerical accounting duties.
- Must be knowledgeable with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Must be highly organized and with keen attention to detail.
- Must have strong interpersonal skills, cutting across all levels of an organization.
- Must be resourceful, have initiative, and possess strong leadership skills.
- Self-starter, results-oriented, and hardworking.
- Must be adaptable and flexible.
- Must be willing to work in the Ortigas Center, Pasig City.
