Job Description
As a Real Estate Territory Manager at Phoenix Petroleum Philippines, Inc., you will be responsible for expanding and maintaining a diverse portfolio of owned and leased assets. Your role will involve identifying the highest and best use of properties and negotiating leases with locator partners. Additionally, you’ll manage rental collections and evaluate opportunities for property acquisitions in prime locations.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Schedule: 8 hour shift
