Job Description

Executive Search Firm Monroe Consulting Group is currently recruiting for a Customer Service Agent position on behalf of a leading Australian Entertainment Company with a legal entity in the Philippines. As a Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for managing the Australian account and directly reporting to the Customer Contact Centre Manager. The work setup is from 1pm to 9pm, Tuesdays to Saturdays, located in Pasig City.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering high-volume inbound customer enquiries and bookings, ensuring a high level of customer service is upheld.
  • Upselling client’s packages and products that will appeal to the customers.
  • Handling inbound customer enquiries and bookings through a combination of phone, email, and Live-Chat.
  • Assisting bookings for different activities like standard games, group, and corporate bookings.
  • Assisting with client-related application enquiries.
  • Providing assistance with general questions such as pricing, package inclusions, directions to venues, and feedback.
  • Processing refunds for guests.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service or sales.
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
  • Conversational with high and vibrant energy.
  • Amenable to work on-site from Tuesdays to Saturdays, 1pm to 9pm, in Pasig City.
