Job Description
Smartual Philippines Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Referral Coordinator with experience in customer support within medical or healthcare accounts. This vital remote position involves managing referrals, coordinating patient schedules, and fostering relationships with chiropractors, attorneys, and case managers.
Responsibilities include processing referrals, creating patient profiles, and ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations. The ideal candidate boasts 1-2 years of healthcare admin experience, proficient in eClinicalWorks (ECW), Hubspot, and CRM tools.
Work Schedule: Mon-Fri, 9 PM-6 AM (Philippine Time). Salary: Php 35,00/month with benefits including work-from-home flexibility and overtime pay.
