Job Description
Cogent Global Services Inc is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to manage the full cycle of accounts payable, including invoice processing and vendor reconciliation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurate invoice processing and coding
- Managing vendor inquiries and payment issues
- Reconciling accounts payable transactions
- Maintaining accurate records
- Preparing financial reports
- Supporting month-end/year-end closing
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- 1 year experience in accounts payable
- Proficiency in accounting software
- Strong communication skills
