Job Description
Marketing Master IO is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Virtual Receptionist to join our team. You will manage patient communications and appointments remotely, ensuring an exceptional experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for patients via phone, email, or chat.
- Efficiently manage and coordinate patient appointments.
- Handle administrative tasks including maintaining patient records.
Qualifications:
- 1 year experience in a receptionist or administrative role.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in scheduling software and basic computer applications.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: From Php20,00.00 per month
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM (Ph Time)
