Job Description
Primary Responsibilities:
- Oversees the assigned team, coordinating team members and routes to ensure that all delivery schedules are met on time.
- Maintain an effective working relationship and be responsive to customer concerns and issue resolution.
- Ensure all drivers are ‘fit for duties’, trained and competent to perform tasks.
- Support customer service agents with compliance and administration.
Qualifications:
- University Degree is preferred but not necessary.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven problem-solving and analytical approach to issue resolution.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Time management and organizational skills.
- Able to prioritize and execute tasks efficiently.
- Willingness to learn and be proactive.
- Knowledgeable in Google Sheets and Excel.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate
Salary: Php18,00.00 – Php20,00.00 per month
