Job Description
SGS CAREERS- PH is currently seeking a committed Chat Support Specialist to elevate our customer service team. In this role, you will handle customer inquiries, address complaints, and collect information to effectively resolve issues. You will also be responsible for educating clients about our services and providing guidance to junior staff members.
This is a full-time, permanent position with a competitive salary range of Php18,00.00 to Php26,00.00, including health insurance and comprehensive paid training. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, with an 8-hour day shift.
