Job Description
Aqua Biological Industries Corporation is inviting applications for the role of HR Officer. This pivotal position involves developing and executing HR strategies that are in line with our business objectives. The ideal candidate will work closely with senior management to improve organizational effectiveness, manage talent acquisition and retention, and spearhead employee development programs.
Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related discipline, coupled with 7-10 years of HR experience, including 3-5 years in a strategic capacity. Strong interpersonal skills and a high standard of ethics are crucial for success in this role.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent. Salary: Starting from Php 20,00.00 per month.
