Job Description
Pag-asa Steel Works, Inc. is seeking a committed Human Resource Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will oversee the planning, direction, and supervision of activities related to recruitment, employee development, and workplace relations. This role ensures adherence to company policies and monitors the administration of employee benefits.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or Law
- 5-10 years of experience in human resources, including at least 2 years in a managerial capacity
- In-depth understanding of personnel management and Philippine labor laws
- Outstanding communication and leadership abilities
This full-time position is located in Pasig City. Candidates should be open to commuting or relocating.
