Job Description
JOYCE AND DIANA WORLDWIDE INC is looking for a motivated HR Recruitment Staff to enhance our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in filling various positions within the organization by designing effective recruiting systems and building a robust network of qualified candidates. Key responsibilities include managing administrative tasks, drafting and posting job descriptions, conducting interviews, and preparing job offers.
This is a full-time, permanent role offering a competitive monthly salary between Php15,00.00 and Php19,00.00. Our employees benefit from health insurance, employee discounts, and ample opportunities for advancement.
The work schedule consists of an 8-hour shift with potential for overtime, and this position requires in-person attendance.
