Job Description
HR Network Incorporated is actively seeking a passionate Customer Service Representative who is committed to providing outstanding service by addressing customer inquiries, requests, and concerns with professionalism.
Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional customer service, accurately document interactions, maintain key performance indicators (KPIs), and assist customers in finding effective solutions.
Requirements: A four-year degree, prior customer service experience (new graduates are encouraged to apply), strong English language proficiency, and familiarity with Oracle and Google applications.
Salary: Php20,00.00 – Php28,00.00 per month (Full-time, Permanent).
