Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled Test Manager to join our team. As a Test Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our software testing processes and ensuring the delivery of high-quality products.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective test strategies and plans
- Lead and coordinate testing activities
- Review and analyze test results
- Identify and troubleshoot software defects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality
- Mentor and guide junior testers
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Test Manager or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of testing methodologies and best practices
