Job Description
BPOCaldwell SupportWorks is thrilled to announce an opening for the position of Encoder / Non-Voice Agent. The responsibilities for this role include answering phone calls, offering customer support through multiple communication channels, and addressing participant inquiries with professionalism and care.
We invite applications from candidates who are college graduates (no prior experience necessary) or high school graduates with BPO experience. Strong English communication skills and the ability to work onsite within a 25-35 km radius are essential for this position.
