Job Description
First Standard Finance Corporation is seeking a qualified HR Staff member to join our team. The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or a related field, with a preference for at least one year of recruitment experience.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing recruitment for our designated branch, administering psychological assessments, monitoring job vacancies, and maintaining organized resume files. Additional responsibilities include conducting employee orientations, maintaining personnel records, and assisting in organizing company events.
This is a full-time, permanent position with a monthly salary range of Php12,00.00 to Php14,00.00.
