Job Description
BPOCaldwell SupportWorks is excited to announce an opening for a Chat and Email Support Specialist. We’re looking for dedicated individuals to join our expanding team. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide assistance to clients through phone and email communications.
- Address customer inquiries promptly and effectively.
- Thoroughly understand and address participant concerns.
Qualifications:
- Fresh graduates and high school graduates with BPO experience are encouraged to apply.
- Outstanding English communication skills are a must.
- Must be able to work onsite within 25-35 kilometers of our office.
