Job Description
Gear Inc. is on the lookout for a talented Human Resource Business Partner to oversee HR processes and ensure adherence to employment regulations. The role involves managing the entire employment lifecycle, delivering actionable insights derived from HR metrics, and facilitating engagement surveys.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related discipline, have relevant HR experience, and demonstrate strong analytical and communication skills. Proficiency in English at a C1-C2 level is required.
This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary ranging from Php30,00.00 to Php36,00.00 per month, in addition to health insurance and a 13th-month salary.
