Job Description
Sonak Corporation is looking for a motivated IT Support Specialist to ensure our computer networks function smoothly and provide technical assistance. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing both hardware and software, monitoring systems, and resolving technical problems effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install and configure necessary hardware and software.
- Monitor and maintain the integrity of networks and systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.
- Perform routine maintenance and provide training to end-users.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field is required, along with a minimum of 2 years of IT support experience.
