Job Description
The ideal candidate for the IT Technical Support Specialist role must possess essential technical knowledge, strong communication skills, and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently. In this full-time position, you will assist customers with their technical inquiries and provide outstanding solutions to enhance their experience.
Salary ranges from Php20,00.00 to Php25,00.00 per month, with various benefits including additional leave, company events, employee discounts, free parking, health insurance, and opportunities for promotion to a permanent employee status.
The work schedule includes an 8-hour shift, and the role requires in-person presence.
