The primary objective of this role is to spearhead the implementation of the Picture of Success strategy within the assigned region, tailoring channel and category initiatives. The successful candidate will prioritize activities that align with regional growth goals, utilizing local shopper insights and understanding market nuances.
Key responsibilities include developing efficient workflows for distributors and third-party agencies, ensuring a smooth onboarding process for all parties involved. The candidate will effectively communicate the category selling narrative and operational specifics across plans, channels, and regional events. Additionally, the role entails maintaining an up-to-date regional investment database and ensuring the timely availability of promotional plans and new products in the market.
