Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Client Services Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for endorsing, monitoring, and managing various deliverables, including the issuance of Letters of Authority (LOA), card distributions, and case endorsements. The role also involves addressing benefit and provider inquiries, serving as the frontline for client concerns, and facilitating VIP access and availments.
Qualifications: Candidates must be college graduates (any major), with preference given to those with medical allied degrees. Excellent communication skills are essential. Applicants should be willing to work in Laguna Technopark, Binan, Laguna, and be available to start immediately.
Job Details: Competitive monthly salary ranging from Php19,00.00 to Php20,00.00, full-time position, Monday to Friday, 8-hour daytime shift.
