Job Description
Augment Digital Marketing is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, providing support, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Manage schedules and appointments efficiently.
- Handle confidential documents with the utmost security.
- Organize meetings and diligently follow up on action items.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance customer support services.
Qualifications: Preferred candidates will have previous customer service experience, excellent communication skills, strong multitasking abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
