Job Description
Are you passionate about helping individuals overcome mental health challenges? We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Mental Health Counselor to join our team in Makati. As a Mental Health Counselor, you will provide counseling and therapy services to clients dealing with various mental health issues.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct individual and group therapy sessions
- Assess clients’ mental health conditions and develop treatment plans
- Provide crisis intervention and support
- Offer guidance and support to family members of clients
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate client care
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Psychology or related field
- Valid counseling license
- Previous experience in mental health counseling
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
