Job Description
Ensure that all guests receive a warm, friendly, and memorable welcome.
Work closely with bookings & reservations, housekeeping, concierge, security, and food & beverage departments regarding guest requirements to ensure their needs and expectations are met.
Deal with guest enquiries and complaints in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.
Handle guest bookings, check-in, and check-out procedures, providing necessary reports to other departments and ensuring smooth operations.
Keep updated on availability, promotions, and pricing to maximize sales opportunities and provide guest advice when necessary.
Assist in coordinating guest itineraries, including liaising with external service providers and providing local amenity information.
Process settlement of guests’ accounts, ensuring adherence to appropriate payment methods.
Maintain the front of house and guest areas in a well-maintained condition.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: From Php16,00.00 per month
Schedule: 8-hour shift
