Job Description
R12 EMS Phils., Inc. is looking for a dedicated HR Recruitment Staff to join our dynamic team in Calamba City, Laguna. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field, along with 1-2 years of experience as a Recruiting Specialist, preferably within the manufacturing sector. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment are essential for success in this role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Canva is highly regarded.
This is a full-time position that includes benefits such as health insurance, salary increases, performance bonuses, and a 13th-month salary.
