Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly organized and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Concierge and Administrative Associate. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and will provide exceptional customer service, ensuring their needs are met effectively and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and greet clients in a professional and friendly manner
  • Assist clients with various inquiries, resolving issues promptly and escalating when necessary
  • Manage appointments and ensure the smooth operation of daily schedules
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of client requests
  • Maintain an organized reception area, keeping it clean and presentable at all times
  • Perform general administrative tasks, including file management and data entry

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Prior experience in a customer service or administrative role is preferred
